-If ordering via email, please be sure to include your email address, item #, and quantity.

-For your convenience we accept payment via Pay Pal. Once we receive your order we will invoice you thru paypal.

- If you prefer to pay with a money order via the USPS, please let us know when you place your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. We do not accept personal checks.

- As all chocolates are made per your order, Please allow at least 2 weeks from time order is placed until it is shipped.

-To ensure quality, all orders outside of the Cincinnati metro area are shipped next or second day air. Shipping and handling charges will vary depending on items ordered and region to be shipped. All shipping charges will be listed on your invoice.

-If you are in the Cinci area, you can pick-up your order in person, or we can arrange for local delivery for a fee.

* We do not recommend shipping chocolate during the summer months. Although we will make every effort to ensure your product arrives in good condition, you do so at your own risk.
