     Imagine being welcomed to your event by the aroma of fine chocolate as it cascades off the fountain, inviting your guests to dip their favorite fruits, snacks, or hand-made gourmet delights in the decadent chocolate--Pure indulgence!

 

  

     As true "chocolatiers", we 'know' chocolate, and are quickly becoming the premier Chocolate Fountain rental company in the Cincinnati area!  We use the finest Chocolate available, formulated especially for chocolate fountains.  It has a high cocoa butter content and low viscosity, creating the perfect flow, without vegetable oil--only 100% pure melted chocolate!   Because we don't dilute our chocolate with vegetable oil, our chocolate retains its intense chocolate aroma and flavor.

           Packages

    

     Whether you are having a small gathering of 2 - 75 people, a grand event with over 250 people, or something in between, we offer several different rental options to meet your needs.  We would be happy to discuss the Small Gathering and Large Event options with you to determine the perfect package for your special event.   For those who entertain frequently, you may want to purchase your own Home-use chocolate fountain!

 

Large Event Packages (100+ Guests)

 

LE Package 1:   "Just the Fountain" Package -  $300.00

 

RnJ Chocolates will deliver the fountain to your event location and set it up (local area only--if outside the local area, a travel charge applies or you can pick it up). We'll train the caterer/attendant on the proper use of the machine, chocolate preparation, and cleaning of the machine.   You or your caterer supply the chocolate (or you can purchase it through us), dipping delights and table decor. We will pick up the machine the following day.  This option is only available if you have a catered event or your venue can supply an attendant. 

 

LE Package 2:   "RnJ Signature Service" Package - $395.00

 

This Package includes set-up of the fountain, fountain table decor to coordinate with colors/theme of the event, (this does not include table linens), 20 lbs of chocolate (serves about 250 guests), 3 hrs of fountain run time, an RnJ Fountain attendant, and tear down and clean up.  You may book the fountain for more than 3 hrs of run time at the extended time rate of $25/1/2 hour. Additional chocolate may also be purchased if you need to serve more than 250 people.  You can choose Milk, Dark, White, Sugar-free milk, or Sugar free dark chocolate. Gourmet dipping delights can be added to this at $20.00/50pcs

 

LE Package 3:   "RnJ Signature All-Inclusive" Package - $395.00 plus $1.75 per guest

 

This Package includes everything in the Signature Service Package (#2) as well as an assortment of dipping delights, skewers, plates, and napkins.  Dipping delights might include: strawberries, apples, bananas, dried apricots, pretzels, lady fingers, marshmallows, cookies --- the list goes on and on, and is limited only by your imagination!  You can also upgrade to our hand-made "gourmet" dipping delights which includes truffles, turtles, peanut butter balls ( to make Buckeyes), and other confections.  Gourmet dipping delights are substituted on a 2 for 1 basis or can be added on for $20.00/50pcs, even if no other dipping delights are purchased.

 

Small Gathering Packages (2-75 guests)

 

SG Package 1:  "The DITY (Do It Yourself)" Package - $75

 

With this Package, you pick-up the Fountain and receive proper training on how to use it.  Training is quick (5-10 min) and includes set-up, operation, melting chocolate, and clean-up.  We'll ensure you're comfortable with its operation so your event will go without a hitch.  Four pounds of Chocolate is included, which  is enough for about 45 guests; additional chocolate can be purchased.   We've searched, tested, and operated several small fountains, and this one is the best small fountain on the market.  It is stylish, quiet, and very simple to operate, so no attendant is required.  However, if you prefer, you may request an attendant for an additional fee, call for pricing.
